Out of anything that heroes can draw their power from, none can be more potent than simple cards, and through the various battles these two went to obtain all of them, they’ve gone against rivals, unlocked new powers, and even found love. So, what else to do than to see which one of these two would win… a Death Battle.

Background
Sakura
Sakura was, for the first decade of her life, just a normal girl, until one day she stumbled upon a book in her house’s basement that belonged to her father. Said book contained a set of different cards called the Clow Cards, how much exactly varies between the Manga and the Anime. Once she opens the book, the cards scatter across the city that she lives in and its guardian, Cerberus is reawakened. Cerberus wastes no time in tasking Sakura with collecting all the Clow cards, which she is helped by her best friend Tomoyo in this endeavor, and gets rival in the form of Syaoran Li, who she also slowly falls in love with throughout the story. Eventually, she obtains all the cards and is challenged by the other guardian of the Clow Cards, Yue, to the “final judgment” to determine if she is a worthy master of the cards, which she succeeds with flying colors.
Eventually, another boy by the name of Eriol comes to her class, which also coincided with the Clow Cards one by one becoming the Sakura Cards. What Sakura also learned is that if she didn't transform the Clow Cards into Sakura Cards, they would lose power, which also coincided with various incidents that led to Sakura transforming the cards. Unbeknownst to Sakura, the incidents that caused the Clow Cards to transform were all caused by Eriol. Why? The truth was that Eriol was none other than one half of the reincarnation of Clow Reed, who sought to have the cards be transformed so they can run off the power of his successor (Long story). Needless to say, Sakura eventually did power through every situation and all the cards became the Sakura Cards. Along the way, Sakura eventually found that she had more feelings for Syaoran than she thought she did before. When all was said and done however, Syaoran had to leave for home, as the task he came to Tomoeda for has been completed, leading to Sakura to give him a tearful goodbye, waiting for the day he returns (it was a year).
The night after their reunion, however, Sakura had a dream where she was confronted by a mysterious figure and surrounded by clear cards that shattered before her. Later, it turned out the Sakura cards themselves became clear in-appearance. Having another dream the night later, Sakura gained a new key, and the next day, found herself having to deal with a powerful wind… and the new key turned into a brand-new wand, the Dream Wand, and using a new incantation to take on the wind, found that it was a new type of card, the Gale card of the Clear Cards. It seems that once again, Sakura is on a journey to stop a set of cards from wreaking havoc in Tomoeda!
...But little did she know, that obtaining these new cards were all apart of a gambit of a magician who is taking care of a new transfer student, in order for him to fulfill a certain goal.
Hotaro
Hotaro Ichinose, was, for all intents and purposes, just your average high school student, no real purpose in life, helping his mother out with her restaurant in part due to his chronically absent father. One day, he came across a peculiar grasshopper, which led him to another realm, where he encountered an alchemist known as Fuga Kudo, who entrusted him a device that was said to decide the fate of the world, and entrusted to him the duty of finding all 100 Chemies. Not long afterwards, Fuga seemingly perished by the hands of a trio of evil alchemists, which leads him to becoming Kamen Rider Gotchard. Helped by his classmate and daughter to Fuga, Rinne Kudo, his homeroom teacher (who is also a teacher for a secret alchemy school), two alchemist students, and the A-Rank Alchemist Spanner Kurogane, he fights off against the beings birthed from the Chemies coming into contact with human Malice, the Malgams, alongside the threat of the Abysallis Sisters, all to obtain the Chemies.
Then on one Christmas, Hotaro was fighting a hopeless battle against the Orochi Malgam, when suddenly an orange Gotchard appeared. No sooner than that did it turn out that the Alchemists’ Union was siding with the evil alchemist Glion, and the students of the Alchemists’ Academy were expunged from it, with making matters worse was that a new type of Malgam was able to recover from any attack was out and about. Though with the help of the Orange Gotchard, Hotaro was able to find the strength to even take down those Malgams, though it wasn’t enough to take on Glion, even with Rinne and Spanner becoming Kamen Riders to help him out. One key to taking him down came with, ironically enough, a plot by Glion to have the heroes lose their chemise, as Hotaro was helped by the still alive Fuga to transmute Steamliner into a Level 10 Chemy, which allowed him the ability to transform into the risky Iron Gotchard. The form was powerful enough to take down Kamen Rider Dread, but not enough to take down its strongest form, Type 3. Only by managing to free the Chemies that Glion had taken would Hotaro find the strength to defeat him, by the Level 10 Chemies giving Hopper1 their power, transforming him into Crosshopper, and allowing Hotaro access to Platinum Gotchard, which was enough to seemingly take down Glion once and for all…
Though the arrival of a being from the Door of Darkness, Gigist, prove to be a most personal challenge, with his ability to turn Chemies into Dark Malgams, which kill the Chemy that was turned into a Malgam. The whole ordeal caused Hopper1 to search for something to cheer Hotaro up during the ordeal… and unknowingly allowed Gigist to turn him into a Malgam. The ensuring battle caused Hotaro to be absorbed by despair to the point where he’d turn into a Malgam… had it not been for him being enveloped by an Egg. This was the work of the 101st Chemy, who was inside of the Gotchadriver the whole time, who after a heart to heart, hatched into Nijigon, with the two coming out of the Egg and fighting a Malgam Gigist made to save the Chemies inside, and bring back Gigist’s victims. Even with the return of Glion, and a trip to the future the Orange Gotchard hailed from, Hotaro never stops fighting for the day that humans and Chemies can walk side by side.

Sakura
At least 5 or so years of experience, due to being 10 at the start of Cardcaptor Sakura, and 15 at the end of the Clear Card arc.
Hotaro
As per usual to a good chunk of every Rider series since the Heisei era of the Franchise begun, Hotaro as at bare minimum a year’s worth of experience, owing to each season taking place over the course of a year.

Sakura
Sakura Cards
Originally, they were known as the Clow Cards, which were powered by the remains of Clow Reed’s power in the universe, until Sakura obtained them all and they slowly turned into the Sakura Cards, which instead draw their power from Sakura herself. At the end of Clear Card, they adopt characteristics of the Clear Cards.
Flight
Flight is the clear card equivalent to The Fly, and is the only Clear Card that Sakura still has in her possession at the end of the Clear Card arc.
Clear Cards
Star Wand
Sakura’s main wand, which she uses to summon forth the Sakura cards and use their powers, and seal away any cards that aren't under her control. When not active it takes the form of a key that Sakura wears like a necklace.
Using the Sword card, Sakura can turn this into a sword.
Dream Wand
Sakura’s other wand, which she uses to summon forth the Clear cards and use their powers, and seal away any cards that aren't under her control. Originally this was the evolved form of the Star Wand, until the world was rewritten and it became a separate wand from it.
Cerberus/Kero
Cerberus is one of two guardians of the Clow Cards that was responsible for appointing Sakura for the duty to find all the cards. He represents the half of the cards that are represented by the sun, and should be able to use the powers of the cards under his jurisdiction. Most of the time he appears in his temporary form, though since Sakura obtained all the Clow Cards he's been able to transform into his true form.
Yue
The other guardian of the Clow Cards, Yue represents the half of the cards represented by the moon. Like Kero, he also spends most of his time in a temporary form, his being Toya's friend Yukito (Yukito, for the most part is aware of this, and will transform into Yue whenever Sakura calls for it. Yukito doesn’t remember Yue’s actions whenever Yue changes back to him). Yue should be able to use the powers of the Sakura Cards that fall under the purview of the Moon side of them.

Gotchard
Alchemist Ring
The ring that Hotaro, and all Alchemists in the world of Gotchard, use in order to perform Alchemy. Normally, Hotaro’s ring has a blue gem, but he can transmute it to being golden with a red gem when he needs to transmute Steamliner to Tenliner.
Gotchardraw Holder
An object that allows Hotaro to hold up to 10 Ride Chemy Cards. Following the whole debacle with Spanner, this got a locking feature to prevent the Chemies from suddenly being taken out.
Chemy Riser
The Chemy Riser is a device that allows Hotaro to catch Chemies with, alongside using their power by firing one off when one is inserted.
Gotchardriver
Hotaro’s main transformation device, given to him by one of Fuga’s homunculi. Using two Chemies that add up to 10, Hotaro can transform into varying forms of Kamen Rider Gotchard with equally varying abilities. It can also use attachments to access stronger forms, and Hotaro can even transmute it into a red color in order to access Steamhopper Ultima.
Hopper1
Hopper1 is a Level 1 Insect Chemy that was the first Chemy that Hotaro met, and serves as one of his main Chemies used in transforming. With the power of the Level 10 Chemies, Hopper1 can become Crosshopper, one of two Chemies needed for Hotaro to become Platinum Gotchard, and with the power of all other Chemies, can become Hopper101, which alongside Gigantliner gives Hotaro access to his Miracle Gotchard form.
Steamliner
Steamliner is a Level 9 Vehicle Chemy that serves as Hotaro’s other main Chemy used in transforming, and like Hopper1, can be transmuted into a level 10 form called Tenliner so Hotaro can access his Iron Gotchard & Platinum Gotchard form, alongside an EX Form capable of traveling time and space called Gigantliner (I should add that Steamliner becomes Tenliner and Gigantliner before Hopper1 gains its equivelents)
Goldash
Goldash is a level 7 Vehicle Chemy that also serves as Hotaro’s motorcycle, alongside being able to Gotcha ‘n’ Go with the Level 3 Animal Chemy Mechanichani to access Gotchard Goldmechanichor.
UFO-X and X-Rex
UFO-X and X-Rex are Level 10 Chemies of the Occult and Ancient categories respectively, and are the Chemies that, with the Exgotchalibur inserted onto the Gotchardriver, can allow Hotaro to access his Super Gotchard forms.
X Assemble
The X Assemble Card is a card made from the 5 Level 10 Chemies Exceedfighter, Lixion, Xeggdrasil, X Fortress, and BeetlX respectively that allows Hotaro access to his Star Gotchard form.
Nijigon
Nijigon is the 101st Chemy that’s made from a fragment of the Philosopher’s Stone, and allows Hotaro access to his final form, Rainbow Gotchard. He also has the ability to revive Chemys taken out by being turned into Dark Malgams, and protect the Chemies from being turned into Dark Malgams as well.
Other Chemies
The other 95 Chemies allow Hotaro access to other varying forms depending on the combination (Such as Mechanichani being able to be combined with Goldash to access the form Goldmechanichor, though Hotaro doesn’t usually have the Chemies Unicon, The Sun, Madwheel, and Daioni on hand (Though for what it’s worth, the Chemies do have the ability to come to Hotaro at will). Following Glion’s final defeat, All 100 Chemies other than Nijigon each got a shard of the Philosopher’s Stone imbued into them (One Chemy was poor enough to get the shard that was El Dragon, however.)
Exgotchalibur
In the fight against the false rider Kamen Rider Dread, Hotaro was given the Exgotchalibur by the Level 10 Occult Chemy UFO-X. This serves as both a sword and a transformation item, with both modes being able to load a Chemy into it and use its power, when it’s in Cross On mode on the Gotchadriver, Hotaro can use UFO-X and X-Rex to access Super Gotchard, or use the X Assemble Card to access Star Gotchard.
GotcharIgniter
The item that Hotaro uses to transform into Fire Gotchard, made from a pair of goggles he had as a kid that his past self gave to him.
Gotcharge Gun
A gun that Hotaro wields while transformed that allows him to fire off multicolored arrows, alongside being able to fire off a blast that uses a Chemy’s power if one is inserted into it.
Radiance of the Sun
An alchemical flame that is produced by Rainbow Gotchard’s Precious Athanor & Steamhopper Ultima’s Highest Passion Athanor, the Radiance of the Sun is an energy source that allows Hotaro to use the powers of those form to their full extent.
Gotchartornado
Gotchardriver (Hotaro version)
In the final battle against Kamen Rider Eld, the dark Glion proved himself far above any of Hotaro’s forms, and eventually won the fight, destroying the Gotchardrvier in the process. However, thanks to the words of encouragement that Hotaro received during the finale, he managed to muster up the will to break out of his confinement & create a new driver from the fragments and the broken driver, creating the new (and identical to the Daybreak Gotchardriver) Gotchardriver, which allows him access to Steamhopper Ultima.
The Vase that does a cool thing
The vase that does a cool thing is an object that Hotaro obtains after the Riders win a quiz contest against the Abysallis Sisters (If they won, they would’ve gotten Renge to be a member of their comedy troupe). The cool thing it does is contain a large realistic Hopper1 from another dimension. Then Legend summoned the large Hopper1 to his world. There isn’t even a vase that did a cool thing anymore either. It broke because Hotaro dropped it right after getting it. That’s how Hopper1 got out.
Abilities
Sakura
Elemental Manipulation
With cards such as The Windy, The Watery, The Firey, and the Earthy, Sakura is capable of using the power of the elements. Cards such as The Freeze and The Thunder give her Ice and Electric powers respectively as well, and the Sand card can allow her to create sand to swallow her opponents.
Light Manipulation
With the Light card, Sakura can use light to dispel Darkness magic.
Flight
New-style flying.
Using The Fly Card, Sakura is capable of flying on her wand. When she turns The Fly into a Sakura Card, she becomes capable of flying without needing her staff, which allows her to use other cards while in mid-air.
Weather Manipulation
Using cards such as The Rain, The Snow, and the Storm, Sakura is able to change the weather to hinder her foes.
Illusion Creation
Sakura can create illusions using The Illusion card and the Mirage clear card, though what the card would actually show her opponent varies on whatever would be on their mind at the time.
Master Swordsmanship
With the Sword card and the Blades clear card, Sakura is capable of being a master swordfighter due to said card being able to make anyone who wields it into a master.
Super Strength
Erasure
With the Erase Card, Sakura is capable of making anyone fade away from existence, though if the ability is interrupted in any way before her opponent is completely gone, the effect will be undone.
Time Manipulation
With the power of The Time, Sakura is able to stop time for
a moment, and with The Return card, she can even go back in time (but can’t
change the past). In theory she can speed up and slow down time, but stopping
time alone takes a lot of energy out of her.
With the Rewind clear card, Sakura is capable of deaging her opponents.
Teleportation
With The Move, Sakura is capable of moving small non sentient objects a small distance away from her. With the Transfer clear card, Sakura can swap places between her and her target.
Forced Sleep
With the Sleep card, Sakura is able to summon forth a powder that if her opponent smells it, they would instantly go to sleep. She can also force her opponents to enter a trance-like state using the Dream card.
Vocal Mimicy
With the Song card, Sakura can use it to replicate the most beautiful singing voice she knows (that is, Tomoyo’s voice)
Size Manipulation
Sakura is capable of turning her opponent small using the Little card, and herself (and presumably her opponents as well) big with The Big card.
Attack Deflection
With the Mirror card, Sakura is capable of reflecting any attack that is thrown at her, though she can also do that with the Reflect card, which creates a barrier to protect her in the process
Spatial Manipulation
Sakura is capable of manipulating space with two cards. The Loop allows her to put any two locations together so her enemies find themselves in a circle, and The Maze allows her to trap her enemies in a maze that can expand if one tries to fly out of it and restores any damage taken to it (up to a certain point)
Super Speed
With The Dash card, Sakura is capable of crossing a distance in a short amount of time.
Life Creation
Body Swapping
With the Change, Sakura can forcefully swap two people’s minds for a day.
Silencing
Using the Voice Card, Sakura can take away her opponents’ voice.
Darkness Manipulation
Duplication
“This is getting out of hand! Now there are two of them!”
Using the Twin card, Sakura can duplicate any object and/or living being. She’s also capable of duplicating magic with the Mirror clear card, though she mainly used it to duplicate herself whenever she had to sneak out.
Imprisonment
With the Siege card, Sakura is capable of imprisoning any opponent inside a small space… that is as durable as a Balloon. She can also imprison foes in an endless spiral using the Spiral card.
Recording & Replaying
With the Record card, Sakura can capture the movements of enemies, replaying them to study their movements. She can also view the memories of a location as well.
Invisibility
With the Lucid card, Sakura can make herself invisible to anyone.
Gravity Manipulation
Sakura is capable of pulling her opponent towards her or pushing them away using the Gravitation Clear Card.
Gotchard
Alchemy
An ability universal to the Gotchard riders, Hotaro can preform alchemy against his opponent, being able to manipulate the environment, create weapons to fight with, and even create an entire planet.
Enhanced Eyesight
While transformed into Gotchard, Hotaro’s eyesight is improved by ten thanks to the Vector Eye. Further forms further increase his eyesight to a 20x increase to a 101x increase.
Flight
While as Needlehawk (Achieved by using Saboneedle & Hawkstar in the Gotchardriver), Hotaro gains the ability to fly. UFO-X Also provides Hotaro with a levitation ability as well.
Time Reversal
Timelord provides Hotaro with the ability to rewind time by a certain amount.
Elemental Manipulation
With Chemies such as Blizzammoth, Raidenji, and Firemars, Hotaro can use the elements against his enemies, being able to use Ice, Electricity, and Fire with said Chemies as an example.
Portal Generation

Hotaro can create Black Holes and use them using the power of Kuroana.

Fevers are Gotchard’s finishing moves, that vary depending on what combination Hotaro is usually in
Steamhopper Fever is the most normal out of all the fevers, where Hotaro jumps up and kicks his opponent.
Appareskebow Fever has him create a giant tornado to stop his foes before striking.
Lightningjungle Fever has him use coils to shock the opponent before kicking them to fill them up with more electricity.
Burninggorrilla Fever has him punch the ground to create a burning fist from the debris
Batkingrobo Fever has him fire off a beam of energy ala Mazinger Z’s Breast Fire at his enemy.
And many more variants that are dependent on the form.
Gotcharge Buster
“I’ll defeat you with the power of friendship, this gun, and this Pokémon card I found.”
An attack that is achieved by inserting a Chemy into the Gotcharge Gun, with the shot having elements of the Chemy inserted, being able to be used at its full potential with three Chemies inserted.
Chemy Slash
An attack that is achieved by inserting a Chemy into the Gotchartornado, which is a physical attack variation of Gotcharge Buster.
Strash
An attack from the Exgotchalibur that can be enhanced by whatever Chemy is inserted into it, Level 10 Chemies instead of a variant of it known as a Xtrash.
Shining Fever
It’s always a good trick.
Super & Star Gotchard’s finishing moves. Varies a bit depending on what form Hotaro is in. Super Gotchard UFO-X lifts both Hotaro and his foe up where he spins towards the opponent, defeating them for example, while Star Gotchard’s Shining Fever has him form a star shape before kicking his opponent.
Burning Fever
Burning Fever is Fire Gotchard’s finishing move, where Hotaro chains Gotchard to the ground behind him while charging up, then once released, kicks his opponent at an insanely high speed they don’t have time to react. With Appareskebows, the kick is replaced by a high-speed slash, and with Antwrestler, it’s a powerful lariat.
Iron Knuckle
One of Iron Gotchard’s abilities, where Hotaro fires off the Heavy Expressures at his opponent, which can be enhanced by Warptera to create portals where he can fire them off into the portal, hitting his opponent wherever (This variant is called “Iron Knuckle Fever”).
Platinum Shoot Fever
Platinum Shoot Fever is Platinum Gotchard’s special ability, which allows Hotaro to load up to 5 Chemys into Platinum Gotchard, giving them said Chemy’s powers, be it firing needles from Saboneedle, using levitation and spinning at his opponents with UFO-X, purifying poisons using Nijigon, generating fire with Firemars, Inpheonix, Burningnero, and Flayrose, and even being able to nullify enemy attacks with UFO-X, X-Rex, and Gaiard.
Platinum Shoot
Platinum Gotchard’s finishing move, where he asserts his dominance towards his opponent before kicking them, with Crosshopper joining in on the action as well, kicking Hotaro’s opponent in unison with him.
Rainbow Breath
Gotchabrothers
An ability that Hotaro gains when transformed into Rainbow Gotchard, the Gotchabrothers are the two chemise that make up any form that he can take being summoned to fight alongside him, which is done by Nijigon using his Rainbow Breath on the Chemies and them being inserted into the Gotchardriver.
Rainbow Fever
Rainbow Fever is the Fever that is used with Rainbow Gotchard, where Hotaro makes six different versions of himself representing each color of the rainbow, with them all kicking his enemy in quick succession.
Gotcha Rainbow Fever (Rainbow Gotchard)
Gotcha Rainbow Fever (Miracle Gotchard)
Miracle Gotchard’s Fever, where he sets chains behind him ala Fire Gotchard then charges at his opponent, using parts of Gigantliner to become giant then inserting his leg into Gigantliner, striking at his foe at full power.
Steamhopper Ultima Fever
Steamhopper Ultima’s finishing move, which is functionally identical to it’s base version but empowered by all the Chemies
Forms
Sakura
Unlike most Magical Girls, Sakura is a rare exception in that she doesn’t have a transformed state to speak of (Again, all of her Magical Girl Outfits are simply just normal outfits made by Tomoyo. She just really likes making outfits for Sakura so she can film her.)
Gotchard
Steamhopper
Kamen Rider Gotchard’s standard form, achieved by putting Hopper1 and Steamliner in the Gotchardriver. An all arounder form all things considered, this (and all of Hotaro’s other forms) have two different modes, Wild Mode (which for this form, turns him into a giant blue grasshopper) and Rider Form (Which gives him a more humanlike form). Each part that makes up the different rider forms also have their own supporting abilities as well, such as the Liner Crusher being able to blow away anything that would stand in its way, and the Hopperling Pressure and Rusher increasing Hotaro’s agility.
Other Standard Forms
These are all other different forms that Hotaro can obtain with different Chemy combinations
Appareskebow, achieved by using Apparebushido and Skebows, gives him a sword and skates to use in combat
Antwrestler, achieved by using Antrooper and Wrestler G, gives him the ability to use wrestling attacks
Needlehawk, achieved by using Needlehawk and Saboneedle, gives him a flight ability and shooting cactus needles
Goldmechanicor, achieved by using Goldash and Mechanichani, gives him bulk and the power of big metal claws
Lightningjungle, which gives him electricity-based powers
Alongside other forms that appear about once or twice, such as Batkingrobo, which turns him into a giant robot, Hiikesurose, which gives him stretching powers and the ability to fire water, Bakuontelevi, which can fire off powerful soundwaves (which can be powerful enough to destroy the universe. No seriously. 600 Decibels is its max), and Madpirates, which turns him into a pirate ship with wheels.
Super Gotchard
Super Hotaro Ichinose:
In order to defeat the dark rider Kamen Rider Dread and save Sabimaru from it, Hotaro gained this form. Super Gotchard has two forms that depend on what Chemy is used. Xcross UFO, allows him a flight ability for example & Xcross X-Rex gives him powerful claws to strike at the enemy.
Star Gotchard
A variant of Super Gotchard achieved when 5 Level 10 Chemies (Xeggdradil, Exceedfighter, BeetlX, Lixion, and X Fortress) combined together to form the X Assemble Card in order to take down the Geats Killer. This has all the abilities that said level 10 Chemies have at once, and is capable of fighting alongside a God of the universe to help take down the Geats Killer.
Fire Gotchard
Fire Gotchard is a form that Hotaro achieved when he went into the past and got a set of goggles, which with the help of Gotchard Daybreak (that orange Gotchard who’s also his future self) transmuted it into the GotchaIgniter. In this form Hotaro can travel at incredibly fast speeds, to the point where none of his enemies can catch up.
Also, he can access this form with at the very least Appareskebows and Antwrestler, granting their abilities as well.
Iron Gotchard
Iron Gotchard is a form that equips Hotaro with trains that wrap around his arms that he can fire off at his opponents, being much stronger than his previous forms (Being able to beat Kamen Rider Dread Type 1 and 2), though the strain of the form causes him to lose a lot of energy while in this form.
Platinum Gotchard
Platinum Gotchard is an improved version of Iron Gotchard, achieved after (again) the Level 10 Chemies gave their power to Hopper1 to become Crosshopper. With this the flaws of Iron Gotchard are ironed (heh) out, alongside giving Hotaro the ability to use the powers of up to 5 Chemies at once in an ability called “Unison” and is powerful enough to beat Kamen Rider Dread Type 3.
Rainbow Gotchard
The form that is officially deemed Hotaro’s Final Form, achieved by inserting Nijigon into the Gotchardriver. This form allows Hotaro to use Nijigon’s Rainbow Breath on the Chemies to protect them from corruption, alongside being able to summon any of his potential forms with the two Chemies fighting as a Gotchabrother. The armor is also made out of Orichalcum, a mythical metal.
Miracle Gotchard
The form that Hotaro obtains during The Future Daybreak, achieved when the Chemies do something with their future counterparts that let Hopper1 and Steamliner become Hopper101 and GigantLiner. A form stronger than Rainbow Gotchard that also has Fire Gotchard’s booster, situated on his legs, he can also transmute pieces of Gigantliner around him to become giant to perform his finishing attack.
Steamhopper Ultima
Steamhopper Ultima is a Final Episode Form achieved when inserting Hopper1 and Steamliner while in their Ultima states (Achieved after Hotaro reforged the Gotchardriver.) in the Red Gotchardriver. With this, he with enough materials is powerful enough to create an entire planet, and has the power to take down someone with a full Philosopher’s Stone (or 99% of it and a makeshift 1%).
Power & Durability
Sakura
· The Sword card is capable of destroying boulders like they are nothing, can easily cleave through a Dragon made by The Create, and can easily cleave a false moon in two like it’s nothing
· Capable of lifting up lifeforms and objects much heavier than she is with The Strength
· Should be superior to Clow Reed, who has a whole deal in the events of Tsubasa: Resevoir Cronicle, which has multiverse-shaking events (At least Infinite Multiversal)
· Broke the cage containing Yuna’s dragon form
· Caused the weird time realm from Clear Card’s climax to be destroyed
· Clear Cards were made with her own power
Gotchard
· Managed to defeat Gengetsu, who used the power of Kamen Rider Barlcks, while fighting alongside Kamen Rider Legend, which any of his stronger forms should upscale to it in spite of the form used (FullFull Rocket) being nonstandard (At least Infinite Multiversal, potentially 6D)
· As Star Gotchard, defeated the Geats Killer with the help of Kamen Rider Geats, all stronger riders, such as Kamen Rider Dread Type Three, should upscale to this.
· Defeated the Gigist as Rainbow Gotchard, who indirectly claimed he could survive the Dooms Clock destroying the planet.
· Created an entire planet as Steamhopper Ultima from the Giant Dreadtroopers and the gold covering the planet, then uppercut Kamen Rider Eld to said planet.
· Bakuontelevi has the potential to destroy the universe if it emits a soundwave at its highest possible volume (600 Decibels)

· Capable of dodging lightning called forth by The Thunder

· Capable of fighting alongside Kamen Rider Legend while he was using Kamen Rider Grand Zi-O’s powers, as Platinum Gotchard was the form used, Rainbow Gotchard, Miracle Gotchard, and Steamhopper Ultima should all be faster.
· Created a secondary Earth in 11.16 Seconds with Steamhopper Ultima, alongside being able to reach it in 14.26 seconds after launching Glion towards it (Note: There is no confirmed exact distance between Earth and the Chemy Earth beyond it being said to be “Near Earth’s Orbit”)
· Stated Speed as Rainbow Gotchard is the same speed that is given to Kamen Rider Geats Oneness (both are stated to be able to go 100 Meters per Second), and his speed as Steamhopper Ultima is the same speed given to Oma Zi-O (both are stated to be able to go 100 Meters in a tenth of a second) (Note: Rider stats are, for the most part, ridiculously wonky to really qualify for actual stats)
Weaknesses
Sakura
In spite of being Clow Reed’s successor of master of the Clow, it should be unavoidable that Sakura is still, by the end of Clear Card, not an adult, so she’s just as suspectable to being Naïve as any other kid. Using Time Magic also drains a lot of energy from her, alongside casting a spell even with the magic of others added into the equation.
Gotchard
Despite the power of Gotchard, some of Hotaro’s various forms hold some drawbacks, such as Fire Gotchard’s booster being prone to overheating, Iron Gotchard draining much of his energy, and Rainbow Gotchard requiring all of the Chemies to be present in order for the Gotcharbrothers to be formed (If any of the Chemies are taken away, Nijigon immediately loses the power to create and maintain the Gotcharbrothers.) Nijigon himself is also suspectable to being transmuted by a power greater than him, as shown with how he was covered in Gold by Kamen Rider Eld to protect Hotaro in the final episode.

A Simple one to bring up, mainly regarding Hotaro’s Legend Rider forms (Exceedmighty and its Fire variant, which uses the powers of Faiz and Kuuga, Cyclone Tatoba, which uses the powers of W and OOO, and Fullfull Rocket, which uses the powers of Build and Fourze), which aren’t exactly applicable to Hotaro as he doesn’t have access to the Legend Rider Chemies (who are all under the possession of Kamen Rider Legend)
Immeasurable Speed Sakura
In one of the final chapters of Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicle, There are two alternate versions of Sakura introduced in the series that claim that they can surprass time and space. While impressive and used in part of Clow Reed’s power (Who, again, Sakura should be superior too), it seems that the power mostly came from the alternate Sakuras themselves, and not Clow’s power. (Kinomoto herself DOES appear in the story, though it’s just giving one of the Sakuras her wand)

Results
Sakura’s mastery over all types of cards, coupled with the bonds she formed, are truly indomitable. But in the end, the Cardcaptor didn’t have the CHEMYxSTORY to go Over the Rainbow, leaving Hotaro as the one whose Platinum shines the brightest out of all Miracles.
The Winner is Kamen Rider Gotchard.
